Hi, I’m Jaziea.
I’m an educator, consultant, trainer and author based in Wales, and the person behind Courage to Climb.
My work has taken me across early years, schools, additional learning needs, speech, language and communication, anti-racist practice and supporting children and families — but belonging is the thread that runs through all of it.
I believe children thrive when the adults and spaces around them make them feel genuinely seen, heard and valued. Courage to Climb grew from wanting to help turn that belief into something practical.
Not another policy sitting in a folder. Not inclusion as a tick box. But thoughtful changes to conversations, environments and everyday practice that children and families can actually feel.
A little about my work
Educator • Consultant • Trainer • Author
I bring together professional experience, research and real-life understanding to create training, consultancy and resources that are thoughtful, practical and rooted in the realities of working with children and families.
My work explores belonging, inclusion, communication, identity, anti-racist practice and additional learning needs — and particularly what happens when we stop treating these as separate conversations.
